Q. How can I change my current payment plan?
A. Any requests for changes must be made directly to the agency.

COMMERCIAL PAYMENT PLANS (New and renewal business):
PREMIUM AMOUNT PAYMENT PLAN BILLED EVERY # DAYS  
Up to $500 1 pay  
$501-$1,000 premium  2 pay Billed every 90 days
$1,001 - $1,500 premium  3 pay Billed every 90 days
$1,501 - $2,000 premium 4 pay Billed every 75 days
$2,001 - $10,000 premium  5 pay Billed every 60 days
$10,001 - $20,000 premium  8 pay  Billed every 35 days
$20,001 & up premium  10 pay  Billed every 32 days
NOTE: $4 installment charge applies to each installment except first one.

PAYMENT PLAN FOR CUSTOMER BILLED POLICIES
TOTAL ACCOUNT PREMIUM PAYMENT PLAN BILLED EVERY # DAYS COMMENTS
Under $3000.00 4 pay plan Billed every 60 days 25% per policy being billed
$3001.00 and up 10 pay plan Billed every 30 days 10% per policy being billed

PERSONAL LINES PAYMENT PLANS (New and renewal business):

Up to $250 1 pay  
$251-$500 premium  2 pay Billed every 90 days
$501 - $750 premium  3 pay Billed every 90 days
$751 - $1,000 premium 4 pay Billed every 75 days
over $1,000 premium  5 pay Billed every 60 days
over $1,000 premium  8 pay  Billed every 35 days
Available for Personal Auto  10 pay
